If you find any content confusing or unclear, we welcome your feedback and will work to improve it.
Third-Party Content
While we do not control vendors of third-party digital content — including MLS listing feeds, embedded maps, and external document viewers — we strongly encourage all such vendors to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.
If you encounter accessibility barriers in any third-party content linked from or embedded in this website, please contact us and we will do our best to provide an accessible alternative or direct solution.
Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvements
We are continuously working to improve accessibility across this website. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:
- MLS / IDX Property Search — When a live MLS feed is connected, search results will include descriptive text alternatives and screen-reader compatible listing data.
- Embedded PDF Documents — The IABS and Consumer Protection Notice PDF documents are provided by TREC. We link directly to the official TREC source and offer text-based alternatives upon request.
- Property Photos — When live listing photos are added, all images will include descriptive alt text for screen reader users.
