Buyer's Final Walk-Through
Before closing, the buyer conducts a final walk-through to confirm the property is in the agreed condition. I coordinate this and address any concerns before they become closing-day complications.
Funding, Recording & Closing
Loan funding, title recording, and final settlement are the last steps before proceeds hit your account. I coordinate with all parties to ensure closing happens on schedule and you receive your net proceeds without delay.
